Beretta 21A Bobcat Holster
The Beretta 21A Bobcat has earned a loyal following over the years for one simple reason. It is easy to carry, easy to operate, and incredibly practical for everyday use. With its compact footprint and tip-up barrel design, the Bobcat remains one of the most recognizable deep concealment pistols on the market. Our Beretta 21A Holster will show you.
At MK-Tek Holsters, we decided it was time to completely redesign our Beretta 21A IWB Holster from the ground up. After years of producing holsters for the 21A platform, we wanted to apply the latest technology, updated engineering, and modern manufacturing techniques to create a better concealed carry experience for our customers.
As Beretta continues to expand the lineup with the newer 20X and 30X series pistols, we knew our Bobcat Holster platform needed to evolve as well.
A Complete Redesign for the Beretta 21A Holster
This was not a simple refresh. We completely remodeled the Beretta 21A Holster using new 3D scans and a fully re-engineered CAD layout. By utilizing updated digital modeling and precision manufacturing equipment, we were able to improve fitment, comfort, and compatibility across multiple configurations of the Bobcat platform.
Whether you are running standard sights, suppressor height sights, or a threaded barrel setup, this holster is designed to accommodate your carry needs without compromise.
The result is a cleaner fit, improved retention consistency, and a streamlined profile that works exceptionally well for concealed carry.
Beretta 21A Holster Features
Our redesigned Bobcat Holster includes features specifically built for real-world everyday carry performance.
- Adjustable Retention
- Fine tune the retention to match your personal draw preference. Whether you prefer a tighter hold or a
faster presentation, the adjustable retention system allows you to customize the feel of the holster. - Suppressor Height Sight Channel
- Modern carry pistols often feature upgraded sights. Our enhanced sight channel provides clearance for suppressor height sights while maintaining a secure and consistent fit.
- Threaded Barrel Compatibility
- Threaded muzzle setups are becoming increasingly common, and our updated design provides the necessary expansion and clearance for threaded barrel models.
- Adjustable Belt Cant
- Every concealed carrier has a preferred draw angle. The adjustable cant system allows you to configure the holster position for comfort, concealment, and accessibility.
- Smoothed and Polished Edges
- Every holster is hand finished to eliminate rough edges and improve long-term comfort during all day carry.
- Safety Coverage
- The holster fully covers the safety area of the firearm to help reduce unintended manipulation while carrying.
The MK-Tek Holsters Manufacturing Process
At MK-Tek Holsters, we believe precision matters. Every holster begins with a detailed 3D scan of the actual handgun. This allows us to generate an accurate CAD design that forms the foundation of the holster.
Using CNC machining technology, we manufacture precision molds that maintain consistency from one holster to the next. We also use advanced 3D printing systems to create custom forming tools that help us produce an exact fit for the Beretta 21A Holster platform.
From there, we begin working with our .080-inch Boltaron material. Boltaron is selected for its durability, heat resistance, and long-term performance in demanding concealed carry environments.
The material is heated to the proper working temperature before being formed around the mold. Once formed, all holes and mounting points are precisely placed before the final trimming process begins.
One of the most important parts of the process is the manual folding stage. Each holster shell is hand folded around one of our custom 3D printed folding slugs to ensure proper spacing, fitment, and overall consistency.
After forming, every holster moves to the finishing station where the edges are individually polished and smoothed by hand. This process is completed one holster at a time to ensure the level of comfort and quality our customers expect.
Following final cleaning and inspection, the holster moves to assembly where the proper hardware and attachments are installed based on the customer’s order configuration.
Before packaging, every holster is test fit with the actual firearm to verify retention, fit, and finish. This final quality control step helps ensure the holster performs exactly as intended before it ships out.
Why the Beretta 21A Bobcat Still Matters
As a concealed carry handgun, the Bobcat continues to hold a unique place in the market. Its small size makes it easy to conceal, while the tip-up barrel system offers simple loading and operation for a wide range of shooters.
For many users, the Beretta 21A serves as a lightweight defensive option that can easily disappear into daily carry without becoming uncomfortable or burdensome.
The Bobcat is not designed to replace a full-size fighting pistol. Instead, it fills an important role as a highly portable concealed carry option for low profile everyday defense.
As we often say, the purpose of concealed carry is not to get into a fight. It is to help you safely get out of one.
Final Thoughts
The best concealed carry handgun is the one you actually have with you. The Beretta 21A Bobcat Holster remains one of the easiest pistols to carry consistently, and our redesigned IWB Holster was built to maximize comfort, concealment, and reliability.
