I bought this in 2024. This was my first IWB holster. At the time I was very new to CCW and did not carry on my body constantly, primarily due to being nervous, and partly because I found it convenient to carry in my Vertx bag, which has a CCW pocket. After a few months I began to carry on my person more consistently and found the holster to be quite smooth, easy to draw from, and had no snags or rough edges. Weapon retention is excellent and grants a confident carry. Even after several hours of wearing, the holster , although warm against the skin is relatively comfortable. I would like future models to offer a soft mesh perhaps, to allow more breathability. Otherwise I am quite pleased with this model.
I bought this holster to use with a 686+ 3-5-7 model with the smooth cylinder and 3” barrel. While I felt “stuck” with this company (no one makes a kydex IWB holster for this gun) I am so happy I did. They gained a customer for life. I selected the option for the 3” barrel for the holster and the fit is amazing. No adjustment needed out the bag. One thing I want to stress. I bought this thinking it would be a basic holster to throw in the bag with the gun but some how there’s some black magic, this thing is phenomenal as a AIWB. It surpassed all my expectations and the shipping was very quick. Since I figured it would be just a holster for in a bag I got the basic black but with how much I’ll be using this on my person I really wish I got a cool pattern lol.

I’m a retired LEO and have been carrying concealed both on and off the job for 33 years. The 686 plus holster is as good as it gets for a kydex/boltron holster. Comfortable, conceals and was shipped and received fast!

The extra length on the holster really makes a BG 2.0 disappear for deep concealment without the handle ‘tipping’ out. The product is very well made and the metal clips are a must for stability.

The holster came quickly and fits my S&W model 640 revolver with crimson trace laser grip perfectly and securely. The adjustability is a great feature that helped me get things just right. Spent about 6 hours out and about with it today, and found it quite comfortable for a kydex holster. I am well satisfied with it.

Deep covered and nice metal belt clip that won’t worry it will break. Works perfect in the 12 ,1 o’clock position and 4,5 o’clock position.

This holster is a solid choice. The fit and finish are top-notch. I think it could be even better if it had two soft loops instead of one, and a larger wing or wedge to keep the gun closer to your body. If those options are available, let me know and I will order it!
Thank you. The Softloop Concealment Wing option we offer is a very popular belt attachment. We do not offer a double Softloop option with this setup, since we try to keep the small J Frame holsters smalland compact. Hope that helps explain why the single softloop option. Quality IWB holster for my S&W Bodyguard 2.0. The extra holster length is IMHO necessary because this pistol's length is short(5.5"). The holster balances the Bodyguard and I "forget" I am carrying concealed.
