MK-Tek Holsters MAP Policy
As a leading holster manufacturer, MK-Tek Holsters is dedicated to maintaining high profit margins for our dealer network. We recognize the investment in time and resources required by our high-quality dealers to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge. To support these efforts, MK-Tek Holsters enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for all our products. All Authorized Resellers must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this MAP Policy.
MAP Policy Guidelines
1.Pricing:
– All advertised prices for MK-Tek Holsters products must be at or above the MAP specified in your current price list.
– Resellers are not required to list prices in advertisements, but if a price is listed, it must comply with the MAP.
– Phrases like “Call for Price” or “Call for Quote” are permitted.
2. Advertising:
– The MAP Policy applies to all advertising mediums, including print ads, broadcast, direct mail, internet placements, and more.
– Free shipping, handling, 0% sales tax, or free financing promotions do not violate the MAP Policy.
3. Price Matching:
– Price matching is allowed, but the advertised price must still meet or exceed the MAP.
4.Temporary MAP Adjustments:
– MK-Tek Holsters may occasionally allow lower advertised prices for specific periods. Notice will be provided to all resellers.
